Rohit Batra

Partner – Evolvence India Fund

Mr. Batra is a Partner at Evolvence India Fund II and Evolvence India Fund III and is a part of the founding team of Evolvence India – a India dedicated private equity platform having invested more than $500 million in India.
Mr. Batra is responsible for sourcing and identifying new investment opportunities, monitoring funds and co-investments, developing and maintaining relationships with private equity managers, creating exit opportunities for the portfolio and investor relations. Prior to joining Evolvence, Mr. Batra was an Analyst at Bond & Pecaro, a boutique US consulting outfit with a niche focus on appraisals of media assets as a part of M&A in the Broadcasting, Print & Cable industries.
Mr. Batra has approximately 14 years of experience in private equity, consulting & institutional broking. He represents Evolvence on the boards of Cygnus Hospitals, Centrum Direct Limited and Rebel Foods. Mr. Batra graduated with a B.A. in Economics and International Affairs from George Washington University, Washington D.C., USA.
