Ismail Zorob

CFO – Evolvence Knowledge Investment

Mr. Zorob has more than 12 years of financial management, strategic planning and investments experience, with 8 of these years in the education industry.
He is currently the CFO of Evolvence Knowledge Investments (EKI). Mr. Zorob assisted in setting up EKI in 2010, and plays a key role in formulating and executing the group’s strategy. In addition to leading fund raising activities, Mr. Zorob is responsible for EKI’s investment activities, spearheading business development initiatives to expand capacity in target markets.
He joined Evolvence Capital in 2006 from Azadea Group where he worked in the corporate finance team. At Evolvence, he was involved in assessing and executing on principal investment opportunities and M&A advisory mainly in the retail, F&B and education sectors. Mr. Zorob is very familiar with the MENA financial markets having traded equities, fixed income and derivatives as a trader with Evolvence MENA Hedge Fund.
Mr. Zorob holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (with distinction) from the American University of Beirut and is a CFA charterholder.
