Evolvence Education Holding (“EEH”) is a company focused on establishing for-profit schools with high quality education in partnership with internationally renowned schools and making education related investments in the GCC.  EEH’s objective is to create value by acquiring or building, and developing schools, which offer high academic standards, in dense and fast growing cities across GCC countries.  In addition, EEH will make educational investments that fit the demographic profile of the GCC.

EEH believes that the key to significant value creation is in partnering with international schools that offer curricula that are the most popular among expatriates (i.e. International Baccalaureate, American and British curriculums).  The geographic focus of EEH’s current investments is predominantly the GCC region, where the Company expects to take advantage of favorable demographics, high economic growth, and low academic standards of existing schools.  Within GCC countries, EEH’s schools will be located in cities that are regional hubs, business-friendly and densely populated, such as Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
